My team and I observed during our collaboration with Mr. Werner how one knowledgeable and experienced individual can inspire and challenge the entire team’s thinking. This motivated us to learn more and to focus our efforts in the right direction, enabling us to find solutions on our own. Providing the team with working solutions is valuable, but teaching them how to think and solve problems is even more beneficial. Moreover, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Werner and appreciated the numerous occasions where, with his help, I was able to deliver effective solutions to complex problems.
