Sebastian was an invaluable part of the team at our technology studio for Zynga in Frankfurt. He has the ability to analyze how a feature should ideally work, rather than just following instructions, and thus very often improves the entire product. He takes a holistic view of software architecture from all angles and often wins the upper hand in heated discussions, especially because he always stands up for the customer of the product. One trait that Sebastian and I share is an eye for detail, especially in design, user experience and polish. It is extremely rare to find such a good JavaScript developer who can also plan large-scale architectures and, of course, pay attention to layout, UI and UX.
